The top section, the first section of our obstacle training course should take you between 5 and 15 minutes and is packed with hills, steps, boards, tyres, ropes, steps and more hills, with a Wreckbag carry across a water pontoon and back to finish. This section is designed to get the heart pumping and is a guaranteed lung burner great for interval sessions.

An OCR playground that will test your agility, speed and technique, The Obstacle Course is exactly what it says on the tin. The largest section of our 3-part assault course, crammed full of obstacles for you to practice your efficiency over obstacles on technical terrain, with a Tarzan swing, a rope walk, an Irish table, walls, balance beams, cargo nets, over and unders, peg boards and monkeys bars to name a few.
